Players earn SCG Points by competing in SCG Tour® events and Star City Games® Invitational Qualifiers. Top SCG Point earners appear on the SCG Tour Leaderboard, receive byes at Star City Games Opens, and qualify for the Star City Games Players' Championship!
SCG Points at these Star City Games events are awarded based on finish.

Seasonal Standings
The SCG Tour Seasonal Standings are based on the total number of SCG Points earned during that Season. The Seasonal Standings determine the number of byes a player will receive at individual format Opens and award qualifications for the Players' Championship based on final placement.
Player of the Year Race
The SCG Tour Player of the Year Race is based on the total number of SCG Points earned during Seasons One and Season Two. The Player of the Year Race determines the SCG Tour Player of the Year and awards qualifications for the Players' Championship based on final placement.
At the conclusion of the Season Two Invitational, the player who has earned the most SCG Points that year will be named the SCG Tour Player of the Year.
Points Qualifications for the Invitational
For 2020, players who accumulate at least fifteen (15) SCG Points in the 2020 Player of the Year Race prior to the start of the Star City Games 2020 Season Two Invitational will qualify to compete in that event.
Qualifying for the 2020 Players' Championship
At the conclusion of 2020 Season One, the Top 3 players in the final 2020 Season One Standings will qualify to compete in the 2020 Star City Games Players' Championship.
At the conclusion of the Season Two Invitational the Top 3 players in the final 2020 Season Two Standings and the Top 7 players in the final 2020 SCG Tour Player of the Year Race will qualify to compete in the 2020 Players' Championship.
