I'm excited to announce that the Star City Game Center will be reopening this Friday, June 26th.

Some aspects of our reopening may be stricter than the State of Virginia's current guidelines for doing so, and we apologize for any inconvenience that may be created by such precautions. However, the safety of our staff and community is our top priority.

• Our hours of operation will be temporarily limited to Noon - 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
• No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted inside.
• For your convenience, complimentary hand sanitizer will be available at multiple designated locations.
• Pursuant to Governor Northam's Executive Order 63, patrons aged 10 and over shall wear face coverings over mouth and nose. However, individuals who have trouble breathing, or other medical conditions that prohibit wearing a face covering, are not required to do so, and will not be required to prove or explain their medical conditions.
• All children aged 10 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and remain within an arm's length of them at all times while inside the store.
• Please maintain a safe social distance of at least 6 feet from other patrons and staff.
• All in-store events and open play sessions have been temporarily suspended until further notice. During this time, our in-store gaming tables are unavailable for public use.
• Restrooms are temporarily closed to the public.

For your convenience, we offer four ways to shop:

1. Visit The Star City Game Center during our advertised operating hours, come inside, and let us know how we can assist you.
2. Order online, and pick your order up curbside without ever leaving your vehicle.
• Shop our extensive inventory, and submit your order online.
• During the checkout process select “On-site Pickup (Curbside/In-Store - Star City Game Center - 5728 Williamson Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012)” as your shipping option.
• Visit The Star City Game Center during our advertised operating hours. When you arrive, park in one of our designated Curbside Pickup parking spots, then call 540-767-4263 ext. 100 and provide the Star City Game Center staff member who answers with your name and order number. We will bring your order to you at your vehicle, request to see ID to confirm your identity (if needed), and you'll be back home and ready to game in no time!
3. Order online, and pick your order up inside.
• Shop our extensive inventory, and submit your order online.
• During the checkout process select “On-site Pickup (Curbside/In-Store - Star City Game Center - 5728 Williamson Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012)” as your shipping option.
• Visit The Star City Game Center during our advertised operating hours, come inside and provide a Star City Game Center staff member with your name and order number. We will request to see ID to confirm your identity (if needed), then retrieve your order.
4. Order online, and have your order shipped to you.
