Hi all,

As someone who’s been in the event organization business for well over two decades, I know that having to cancel an event is an extremely rare occurrence. Unfortunately, that’s exactly the position we recently found ourselves in regarding our upcoming StarCityGames.com Open Series weekend scheduled for May 2nd-3rd at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center.

Fortunately, we were able to find an alternate venue, on incredibly short notice, that was still within the same region and available on that same weekend. The weekend of May 2nd-3rd will still mark the return of the StarCityGames.com Open Series to the Pacific Northwest, but that return will now be taking place at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. While I hope everyone who had been planning to join us will still be able to do so, I realize that some may not due to the short notice and/or change of venue and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by either.
