Legacy Round 2: Jon Morawski vs. Hunter Nance
Round 2 of Legacy pool play pits two at-large bid players against each other. Will Hunter rebound after his first-round loss with Grixis Delver or will Jon improve to 2-0 with Elves?
Game 1

Jon hopes his Elves can take him to 2-0.
Both players were happy with their starting hands and Jon kicked things off with a Deathrite+Shaman after fetching a basic Forest while Hunter had his own one-drop, Delver+of+Secrets. Jon followed up his Deathrite with another one and a Quirion+Ranger before passing after adding a Windswept+Heath to his side of the board. Hunter's Delver didn't flip and he fetched an Underground+Sea to play Ponder. Hunter kept the top three cards and added another Delver to his army.
Jon fetched a Dryad+Arbor at the end step, untapped, played another Ranger, used its ability and went for a Natural+Order, sacrificing the fresh Ranger. Hunter used a Daze, but Jon used a Deathrite+Shaman to pay it and got to find Craterhoof+Behemoth and attacked for lethal after using the Ranger to untap a Shaman.

Game 2

Hunter sends his Insects, Fish, and Humans into the red zone.
Jon went down to six cards and Hunter, on seven, started the game with a Deathrite+Shaman off a fetched Underground+Sea. Jon fetched a Forest and played Birchlore+Rangers as Hunter played a Volcanic+Island and a Delver+of+Secrets. Jon played a Deathrite+Shaman, leading Hunter to respond by pointing a Lightning+Bolt at the Rangers. Jon's DRS resolved and he passed the turn after adding a Wooded+Foothills to his board. Hunter flipped his Delver with a revealed Forked+Bolt and used it on the Shaman before getting in for three. Hunter passed after playing a Scalding+Tarn and Jon fetched a Dryad+Arbor before untapping.
Hunter got to cantrip with an Elvish+Visionary and played a Green Sun's Zenith for zero, getting another Arbor. Hunter used his Deathrite to eat his Bolt, untapped, and killed the untapped Arbor with another Lighting Bolt. Hunter attacked Jon down to 9 with his flyer and shipped the turn. Jon found a Gaea's Cradle and attempted a GSZ for two, but Hunter countered it with Force+of+Will, pitching a Delver+of+Secrets. Jon had no other play so Hunter drained him down to 7, eating the Force.
Hunter started his next turn with a Ponder and dropped Jon to 4 with the Insectile+Aberration. Hunter showed another Lighting Bolt and ate the Bolt to finish off the game.

Game 3
Jon started the deciding game with a Green Sun's Zenith for zero, finding a Dryad+Arbor, after fetching a Forest. Hunter used a Gitaxian+Probe to see a pair of Deathrite+Shamans, Abrupt+Decay, Glimpse+of+Nature, and Natural+Order then played a Deathrite+Shaman off an Underground+Sea. Jon simply played his Shamans and passed the turn while Hunter started his next turn using Wasteland on the Arbor. Hunter deployed a Delver+of+Secrets, used his Shaman to eat one of Jon's lands and killed a Shaman with a Lightning+Bolt. Jon used his Shaman and his Forest to kill the opposing Shaman with an Abrupt+Decay and passed back. Hunter flipped his Delver off a Brainstorm, played the cantrip, and cleared away the bulk with a fetch land. Hunter killed the other Shaman with a Lightning+Bolt and started attacking for three in the air.
Jon had no play, but did add Gaea's Cradle to his board before passing the action. Hunter bashed for three more and loaded up on creatures with a Gurmag+Angler and a Young+Pyromancer. Jon found a Nettle+Sentinel but nothing else and braced for Hunter's attack, Hunter obliged and sent his team into the red zone. Jon offered no blocks and fell to 3. Hunter passed after the attack and Jon looked at his next draw. Jon studied his hand but couldn't find an out and extended the hand.
