No, although it can have fast and disruptive draws. It gets beaten by itself and hate as much as other decks.

I hadn't played in about a year and a half, wanted to build a deck around the time M19 came out. Dredge looked good. Then Sticher's supplier ruined the Meta. I would of played U/W If I had it.
