Day 2 Metagame Breakdown
All teams with 19 points or more made Day 2, meaning 28 teams would return to battle for a shot at the Top 8 of the Team Constructed Open at #SCGBALT. Energy decks topped the Standard format to no surprise, while Jeskai Control and Lands topped Modern and Legacy, respectively. With three different Energy-based decks and a Pummeler deck, Attune+with+Aether decks took 16 of the 28 decks on Day 2. Grixis Death’s Shadow followed Jeskai Control in Modern, leaving a field of one and two copies of a slew of decks. For Legacy, Grixis Delver and Colorless Eldrazi came in big behind Lands.
