Basically just because of experience. It's not very good, but I've played the deck a ton.

Has Leovold, Emissary of Trest had a positive or negative impact on Legacy? Why?
I guess a positive one. Legacy is one of the only formats left where the spells are significantly better than the threats, so a powerful threat isn't too detrimental.

Comfort. I thought about playing Sultai but had no experience with it. Plus free wins from Cabal Therapy are nice.

I think once everything has shaken out, people will realize it's simply a good card with a role in the metagame, but not broken.

I believe it has had a positive impact, because its ability keeps decks that draw a lot of cards in check. And it also allows you to get profit off of your things dying.
